Position : Airline Quality Specialist

 Luxaviation is seeking an experienced Operations Safety and Quality Specialist to act as resident expert on matters related to aspects of quality ans SMS.

 Main Responsibilities and duties:

• Conducts internal and external audits of company operations and contractors/sub-contractors to monitor compliance with applicable standards
• Manage the quality system in accordance with the company policies & requirements and ensures quality and SMS program elements are carried out
• Monitors corrective/preventive actions and trends in reporting system/incident reports

 Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of standards applicable to aviaiton operations
• Knowledge of aviation-related quality and safety programs
• Knowledge of quality auditing and risk management techniques
• Airworthiness requirements, maintenance concepts are a plus.

 Experience;

• The person  assigned to this position should have extensive operational experience in aviation, including knowledge of safety programs, standards, safe operating procedures and regulations.
• Must have thorough knowledge/experience of Aviation Authority regulations.
• Applicants must have the right to live and work in EU.

 Key attributes are; adaptability, proactivity, and attention to detail. Problem solving skills and Interpersonal effectiveness are therefore a requisite.
