Position: Sales Operator
Description:
Sell Business aviation flights through direct contact with the Brokers as well as the final customers. Evaluate flight requests and elaborate offers in respect of crew duty times and operating costs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong decision making, calculation and negotiation skills
- A high commitment to customer service
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) are a must.
- Willing to work on irregular hours
- Fluency in English is mandatory. French, German, Russian, Georgian, Luxembourgish and other languages are considered a serious advantage
Experience:
- Must possess strong planning and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure
Knowledge of airline operations (EU-OPS) are a plus.
Key attributes:
Adaptability, proactivity and attention to detail. Problem solving skills and interpersonal effectiveness are a prerequisite.
